This form, along with a performance bond of $100 USD, should be submitted to the treasurer of Eritrean Sports Federation in North America (ERSFNA). The performance bond will be returned after completion of stated service. If a vendor fails to perform after the contract is awarded, then the bond will be forfeited. ERSFNA reserves the right within the confines of the organizational bylaws to reject or accept a vendor.
